We will accept email communications as adjustments to contracts once a general agreement or Services Agreement is in place. We would consider these valid providing there is clear intent and that the communication is received from your commissioning manager or named individual authorised in the general service agreement to make contractual requests. We expect you to accept email communications from us as adjustments to contracts under the same terms.
